Peftech.Business Plan
Solution Perftech.Busines Plan can be used for different planning purposes:
- annual plan,
- strategic plan,
- company plan,
- plan for group of companies.
VERSIONS
Data input or import can be arranged from several existing applications and tables and besides basic tables more sophisticated versions can be used. Accordingly we can create an optimistic and the pessimistic version of business plan and also exchange data between both versions.
The solution Perftech.Busines Plan could be multilingual, administrator is able to add new languages and the solution can be translated.
CALCULATIONS AND REPORTS
Solution enables total freedom in definition of any number of input tables. Some of the reports are already predefined and they can be used or changed. For every item formula for calculation can be provided and can be then used in all reports. With that planners can individually create any kind of reports similar like in excel which makes them independent in their work.
Solution enables optional number of reports for different purposes, that can be exported in word, powerpoint or pdf. In every report we can include tables, analyses, descriptions, pictures etc.
In plan calculations we can:
- calculate plan,
- allocate data on months,
- define and calculate indirect costs on production’s business units and products.
We can also perform simulation of business plans with change of parameters (quantities, prices of products and materials, costs etc).
ANALYSIS AND SIMULATIONS
On basis of all inputs planners can prepare optional number of own analysis; define indicators and formulas from input items. Solution also contains multidimensional (olap) tool that enables dimension rotation, drill down and graphical review of planned data.
“What if” analysis can be performed after all data has been inserted. With change of any parameter of the plan, you can immediately see the effect on the success of the whole company, specific BU, market, product or marketing channel.
